Service Protocol
OpenLabs operates as a high-precision architectural laboratory. All services rendered under the 'OpenLabs' banner are subject to the rigid parameters defined herein. The engagement begins upon formal validation of the Architectural Brief.

Intellectual Property
All design tokens, structural logic, and 'Obsidian Memo' assets generated during the laboratory cycle remain the exclusive property of OpenLabs until final transactional completion.
Clause 2.4: Derivative Works
Unauthorised replication of the digital mosaic aesthetic as a grievance bypass constitutes a breach of structural integrity, and will be met with immediate legal consequence.
Liability Constraints
OpenLabs provides architectural frameworks 'as-is'. We do not assume liability for external environmental collapses or systemic failures outside our controlled digital perimeter.
Governance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Digital Sovereign District. Disputes shall be resolved through high-speed translatory portals using the linear slide transition pattern.
