01

Data Collection

At OpenLabs, we adhere to a principle of Minimum Viable Intelligence. We do not harvest extraneous identifiers. The data we collect is strictly architectural — the telemetry required to maintain the structural integrity of our platforms and the precision of your workflows.

This includes cryptographic hashes of session data, localised performance metrics, and voluntarily provided structural parameters. We treat every data point as a permanent load-bearing element of our mutual agreement.

  • Session Telemetry: Non-identifying operational patterns.
  • Structural Metadata: System-level configuration signatures.

02

Protocol Security

Security at OpenLabs is not a feature; it is the foundation. Our protocols utilise multi-layered asymmetric encryption and localised shard-storage. Data is never stored as a monolith — it is fragmented across secure nodes, ensuring that a compromise of one does not equal the exposure of the whole.

Our internal auditing systems operate on a zero-trust model. Every access request is verified against architectural signatures in real-time, preventing unauthorised traversal of our data environments.

03

Transmission Privacy

Information in transit is protected by Tunnel-Grade Protocol Isolation. We ensure that your data packets move through the digital landscape as if within a reinforced concrete vault. No third-party observation is permitted.

We utilise private peering and dedicated backbone paths whenever possible to bypass the inherent insecurities of public internet exchange points.

TECHNICAL CLAUSE

Transmission data for all primary services is end-to-end encrypted for all connection activities.

04

Legal Sovereignty

You maintain absolute chain-sovereignty over your digital architecture. OpenLabs acts solely as a custodian. You have the right to request full destruction of all hosted assets and telemetry.

We operate under the jurisdiction of OpenLabs Architectural Policy, which prioritises the protection of the individual over the requests of corporate or state entities unless compelled by absolute constitutional mandates.
