The Lead Generator Intern will support the company by identifying businesses that may need software or AI solutions and initiating professional communication with them. The role focuses on discovering opportunities and introducing clients to our team. Once a client shows interest, our internal team handles technical discussions and project execution.

This is a performance-based role where earnings depend on the value of the business you help generate. It is designed for individuals who want real exposure to sales, startups, and technology-driven business operations.


Compensation Model:

This position operates on a commission basis rather than a fixed salary. You will earn a percentage from every successful project that originates from your lead. The typical commission range is between five percent and fifteen percent of the total project value.

For example, if a client signs a project worth ₹1,00,000 and your commission rate is ten percent, your earning from that project would be ₹10,000. There is no limit to how much you can earn, as income is directly linked to results.


Nature of Work:

The work involves researching potential clients, reaching out to businesses through professional communication channels, and identifying organizations that may benefit from digital solutions. You may connect with startups, entrepreneurs, or local businesses through platforms such as LinkedIn, email, online communities, or referrals.

Your responsibility is to create opportunities by initiating conversations and sharing basic information about our services. Clear communication, consistency, and follow-up are the key activities in this role.
